Phase 1
Concept Direction

We want to hear your personal lifestyle needs – what features you most desire and how you envision your family living in this ideal space. Then we can mold your vision into a conceptual framework that will serve as the initial design stage of your dream home.

Phase 2
Design Direction

Next in remodeling your home, we develop architectural plans for your home’s interior and exterior to help create a construction budget and a schedule for completion. Together we will create an overall look and feel including review of design options in cabinetry, appliances, lighting, flooring, plumbing, finishes, and more.

Phase 3
Breaking Ground

A Stehlik representative will be on site daily to ensure we maintain the highest standards of construction and craftsmanship. We employ only licensed contractors with a keen eye for quality, selecting building materials that will withstand the test of time.

Client communication is critical to our success. We emphasize communication in our regularly scheduled meetings to review progress on schedule and budget in detail.

Phase 4
Completion
