Concept

Design
Initial pencil sketches are presented and explored to arrive at the most refined direction possible for your home design. Local building codes and permit procedures are reviewed, and timelines are discussed. From this discussion a more fixed design, or schematic design set, is created including dimensions, elevations, etc. that your contractor will refer to in helping to determine an initial construction cost estimate.
Engineering
From the schematics an in-depth development plan can begin, outlining detailed instructions for the contractor. Specific materials, standards, finishes and project requirements are finalized and orders placed to prepare for breaking ground on your home’s construction.
Construction
Your general contractor will spearhead your build ensuring that every element is as set forth in the plans. From foundation to framing, drywall to windows install, your custom home begins to take shape and homeowners will soon visualize what had been imagined in the paper stage.
Interior Design
With the construction stage complete, selection and placement of your interior décor helps turn a house into a home. Our certified design consultant is available to help guide the decorating process to create a welcoming environment for friends and family to congregate.
