At USC, he earned a Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Urban Development and Planning, with an emphasis on land use, community and economic development, and housing.\u00a0 Upon graduation, James returned to the South Bay to put his academic knowledge to use as a General Contractor.<\/p>\n
